The focus of our 'core work' is in 44 locations where our volunteer leaders work with young people in the age range 4 to 18 years each week and engage with them through positive activities through our four programmes, Anchors, Juniors, Company and Seniors. This work is supplemented by a wide range of activities organised centrally for the benefit of the young people.

Objects: 1 The Advancement Of Christ's Kingdom Among Boys And The Promotion Of Habits Of Obedience Reverence Discipline Self-Respect And All That Tends Towards A True Christian Manliness; And2 The Advancement Of Christ's Kingdom Among Girls And The Promotion Of Habits Of Obedience Reverence Discipline And Self-Respect Among Girls; And3 All Such Other Charitable And Lawful Activities As May Be Approved By The Directorsparticularly (but Without Limiting The General Nature Of The Objects) In The Birmingham West Midlands And East Midlands Areas And Any Other Area In Which A Boys' Brigade Company Which Is At Any Time A Company Member Of The Charity As Provided For In The Articles Of Association Of The Charity
