**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ORPHANS IN NEPAL IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE AT THE C.P.S. ORPHANAGE BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

**Activities:** CPS Orphanage aims to provide orphaned children in Kathmandu, Nepal with a warm and loving environment, a good education and the necessary support when they move onto adult life. The charity was established to provide the funding to enable the Orphanage to achieve its goals. CPS is totally reliant on donations and monies raised via fundraising events.
