Objects: The Charity's Objects Are The Advancement Of Public Education In Science And The Arts And In The Pursuit Of Such Other Charitable Purposes Specifically Restricted To The Following:3.1 The Advancement Of Public Education In Science And The Arts (including Theirapplication) And In Languages And More Particularly (but Not Limited To) The Education Of Persons Born In Or Whose Parents Or Ancestors Were Born In The Territory That Hm Government Administered During Or Before The Period Hm Government Administered IT Under Mandate From The League Of Nations (which Territory Is Hereinafter Referred To As "palestine" And Its People As "the Palestinians") And Where The Education Of Others Particularly (but Not Limited To) University Students, In The History, Society, Geography, Natural History, Art, Language And Culture Of Palestine And The Palestinians;3.2 The Relief Of Palestinians Who Are Suffering Hardship Or Suffering By Reason Ofsickness, Infirmity Or Old Age Or Who Are Suffering From Injury Or Handicap, Especially (but Not Limited To) That Caused By War Or Violence Or Who By Reason Of Their Social And Economic Conditions Are In Need Of Assistance;3.3 The Provision Of Recreational Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For The Benefit Of Palestinians Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Palestinians At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving Their Condition Of Life; And3.4 Such Other Purposes Or Purposes Beneficial To The Palestinians Which Is Or Areexclusively Charitable As The Directors Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit.
