I report to the trusteès on my examination of the financial statements of AL RAHMAN MOSQUE AND CULTURAL CENTRE
LTD (the trust) for the year ended 31 October 2024.

As the trustees of the Iru8t (and also rts dire¢tor8 for the purp08e of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of
the financial 8latement8 In accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (the 2006 Act).
Having 6atl8fied myself that the finanaal statem8nt6 of the Injst are not required to be audited under Part 6 of the 20C6 Act
and a￿ eligible for independence examination, I report in ￿SPect of my examination of the trust's financial statement carried
out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act). In carrying out my examination I have followed all the
applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(51{b) of the 2011 Act.

I have completed my examination. I confim that no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination
giving me cau8e to believe that in any material respect..

3. The financial statement8 do not comply with the accounting requirement8 of Section 396 of the 2006 Act other than

Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by eharilies applicable to charities preparing their accounts in
