2. Structure, Governance and Management
Governing Document
The charity is governed by its constitution and operates in accordance with the Charities Act 2011.
Governance Structure
The charity is overseen by a Board of Trustees, chaired by the Senior Pastor. The Trustees are responsible for strategic direction, financial oversight, compliance, and safeguarding the charity’s assets.

3. Objectives and Public Benefit
Charitable Objects
The charity’s principal object is the advancement of the Christian faith for the benefit of the public.
Public Benefit Statement
The Trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit when planning and reviewing the charity’s activities.
The charity provides inclusive religious, educational, welfare, and community-based activities that are open to the general public regardless of religious background. These activities promote spiritual, Health wellbeing, education, social cohesion, and support for vulnerable individuals and families.
4. Activities and Achievements
During the year ended 31 March 2025, the charity carried out the following principal activities in furtherance of its charitable objectives:

5. Financial Review
Income and Expenditure
The charity’s income is derived primarily from tithes, offerings, voluntary donations, local council funding, grants and income from events. Expenditure was applied in furtherance of the charity’s objectives.
Financial Position
The Trustees have managed resources prudently throughout the year. Funds are currently being conserved towards the acquisition of a central Church Centre Complex, which will provide worship, administration, training, and community facilities and reduce long-term venue hire costs.
6. Reserves Policy
The Trustees aim to maintain free reserves equivalent to approximately 12 months of operating expenditure. This policy is intended to ensure financial resilience and the continuation of charitable activities in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
7. Risk Management
The Trustees regularly review risks that could affect the charity’s operations. Key risks, particularly those associated with decentralized branch activities, are managed through:

Independent Examiner’s Report
I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of KINGDOM OF ETERNAL LIFE GOSPEL AND HEALING MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL (the Charity) for the year ended 31 March 2025 , set out on the following pages.

Responsibilities and Basis of the Report
As the charity Trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act).
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent Examiner’s Statement
I have completed my examination.
I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that, in any material respect:

Accounting records were not kept in respect of the Charity as required by section 130 of the Act; or

The accounts do not accord with those records; or
-
The accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a “true and fair” view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matter in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
