The trustees who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006, present their
report with the financial statements of Ihe charty for the year ended 30 November 2023. The Irustees have
adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended
Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordan￿ with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) {effective 1 January 2019).

The objectives oflhe charity are=_

c. The relief of sickness and the preservation of health.
d. The relief of financial need and suffering amoung victims of natural or other kinds of disaster.
e. The promotion of sustainable development means of development which meets the needs of the present
without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Structure. oovernance and manaoement
Governing document
The charity is controlled by its governing document, The Memorandum and Articles of Association dated 6th
November 2009, as amended by resolution dated 30th June 2010, and constitutes a limited company, limited
by guarantee, as defined by the Companies Acts 2006.
Organisational structure
The charity's activities are overseen by the trUSt￿S who meet regularly to discuss the activities, programmes
and budgets of the charity. The charity's daily operations are conducted by a volunteered programmes officer,
Mr P Anyaoma, who reports to the trustees on a daily basis.

ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
Charitable Activities
In the year 2023124, the charity continued to advance its public health programs wthin OUT communities. We made significant progress with the
previously launched digrtal skill acquisition project, designed to help unempk)yed youth gain practi(xl workplace skills and become employable.
Building on our SUC￿SseS. we continued to engage in tundraising aclNrtEs and seek donatK)ns to support our bioader Gharitable objectives in
education, health for women and children. intemational devek•pment. emergency and disaster relief, and on-going research activities.
As noted, our group's public health projects and digital skill acquisition inrtiatives are at the core of our cu￿ent efforts. However. we did not receive
the anticipated funding and grants. We would like to acknowledge the valuable knOW￿ge and skilLs o)nlributed by nurnerous volunteers, which
were instrumental in the successful execution of our actNit￿$.
We continued to maintain signfficantty reduced ovethead costs through the generous support of our volunteers. Angellite ￿MaInS committed to
effectively targeting grants tr) maximEe their impact. However, none of our athievements year after year woukl be possible wrthout the incredible
support from Qui generous donors. well-wishers. and trustees.
On the international front. our tharity received grants to fvrthei our edu(31ion and health ptDjeGt5 in Afr￿. Our health progratns ftKused on
addressing high rates of infant mortality and improving matemal health for pregnant and nursing mother5. Meanwhile. our education project
continued its efforts to recruf( and relain school-aged children, espeualty girfs, in primary schools in Northeffi NvJeria, ensuring they aitain a basic
primary education.
Looking ahead. the chartty aitns to play a signtficanl role in addressing publK heanh thallenges in tre UK. particulady Con￿mIng BAME
populations and issues relaled to access and organ donations. We will conbnue lo pursue grants and funding to implernent interventions and
strategies that tackle youth unemployment and homelessness. Addith)nalty. the charity will seek fvnding for our international outreach programs
focused on educab"on, women's heahh, infant mortalty, and disaster relief and will conb.nue to partner leading NGOS in relevant collaborab.ve
fields.
Our charrty is more detemined than ever to raise more funds, do MO￿ wort, and help more communrfies. We hope tr) reverse trends and
continue the irnpaGtful work in OUT loGal and intemational Gommunit*s.

objectives in planning future activit￿$ and pOI￿leS.

November 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charitvs trustees of the Company (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you
are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006 {'the 2006 Act,).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the
2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your charitls
accounts as carried out under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act.). In carrying out
my examination I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145{5) (b) of
the 2011 Acl.

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Going concem
Based on this assessment. the directors consider that the Charity maintains an appropriate level
of liquidity. sufficient to meet the demands of the Charity including any capital and servicing obligations
of external liabilities.
In addition, the Charity's assets are assessed for recoverabilty on a regular basis, and the directors
consider that the Company is not exposed to losses of these assets which would affect their decision
to

resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and thal there are no material
