ThetrusteeswhoarealsodirectorsofthecharityforthepurposesoftheCompaniesAct2006, present
theirreportwiththefinancialstatementsofthecharityfortheyearended30November2020. The
trusteeshaveadoptedtheprovisionsofAccountingandReportingbyCharities:Statement of
RecommendedPracticeapplicabletocharitiespreparingtheiraccountsinaccordancewiththe Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019).
Objectives and activities
Objectives and aims
The objectives of the charity are:-

a. To promote the education in such ways to promote public good.

b. The relief of financial hardship.

c. The relief of sickness and the preservation of health.

d. The relief of financial need and suffering among victims of natural or other kinds of disaster.

e. The promotion of sustainable development means of development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Achievement and performance
Charitable activities
Intheyear2019/20thecharitycontinuedtopursueourpublichealthprogramswithinour communities.
Weexpandedouroutreacheswiththedigitalskillacquisitionprojectdesignedtohelp unemployable
youthstogainpracticalworkplaceskillsandbecomeemployable.Infurtherancetothesuccessso far
attained,wecontinuedtoengageouractivitiesonfundraisingandseekingdonationstowardsour wider
charitableobjectsineducation,womenandchildren'shealth,internationaldevelopment,emergency and
disaster reliefs, and continuous research activities.
As notedabove,our group'spublic healthprojectsand the digitalskill acquisitionsprojectshave reinforced
ourvisionsandconvictionsthatourcharitycancomeupwithprogramsinpartnershipwith benefiting
communitiesandotherstakeholders,in addressingidentifiedissues,aswellasensuringsustainability. We
wanttorecognisethattheknowledgeandskillsbroughtonboardbythenumerousvolunteers were
instrumental to the successful completion of our activities.

ANGELLITE
Achievement and performance IMPACT OF COVID-19
LockdownsandsocialdistancingregulationshavemadelifeharderforallcharitiesandAngelliteisnot an
exception.Thesecondlockdownequallingcompoundingmanyoftheissuesdescribedabove.Our charity
found it difficultto continue,at least during the extremecovid-compliantmeasures.We like other charities
wereunabletogenerateenoughfundstoimplementourinterventionsandhencesought alternative
measures to survive.
SinceMarch2020,nearlyallcharitieshavehadtoadapttheirdeliverymodel.Formost,thishas meant
movingsomeaspectsoftheirworkonlineandworkingremotelytocomplywithsocial distancing
regulations.Somecharities,servicesandcommunitiesarebettersuitedtoaremotedeliverymodel than
others.Angellitehasadaptedadmirably,butthedigitalplatformisnotareplacementfor face-to-face
deliveryasithasitsdrawbacks,notleastthatmanyofthepeoplethatcharitiesworkwithare digitally
excluded in some way.
Further,ourcharitycontinuedtomaintainsignificantlyreducedoverheadsbyengagingthe generous
supportsfromour volunteers.Angelliteremainscommittedto efficientlytargetinggrantsso that they have
a maximumeffect.However,noneof whatis achievedyearin and yearoutwouldbe possiblewithout the
incredible support from our wonderful donors, wellwishers and trustees.
Ontheinternationalstage,ourcharityreceivedgrantstocontinueitseducationandhealthprojects in
Africa.Thehealthprojectscontinuedtofocusonaddressingprevalentratesofinfantmortality and
improvingthematernalhealthof pregnantand nursingmothers.Theeducationprojecton theother hand
continuestoencouragetherecruitsandretentionsofschool-agechildrenespeciallygirlsinto primary
schools and continue to encourage the children to ensure they attain basic primary education.
The charityplans wouldplay majorrolesin the PublicHealthChallengesin the UK especiallyas it relates to
theBAMEpopulations.Wewillcontinuetosourcegrantsandfundingtoimplementinterventions and
strategiesaddressingyouthunemploymentandhomelessness.Thecharitywouldaswellseekfunding for
the implementationof our internationaloutreachprogramson education,womenhealth,infant mortality,
and disaster reliefs and continue to partner with leading NGOs in relevant collaborative fields.
Ourcharityismoredeterminedtoraisemore,domoretohelpmorecommunities.Wehopetobuck the
trends and continue the great works in our communities and internationally.
ThetrusteesconfirmthattheyhaveareferraltotheCharityCommission'sguidanceonthepublic benefit
when reviewing Charity's aims and objectives in planning future activities and policies.
Financial review
Funds in deficit
At30November2020thecharitydidnothaveanyunrestrictedcorereserves.Thefundhasfallen from
£7,265in2019toadeficitof£8,111in2020.Asatthebalancesheetdateprospectivefunders had
guaranteedtoprovidefuturefundingtocoverprojectcostsundertakenduringtheyearthathad resulted
in reservesfallingintodeficit.AtthedateofsigningtheReportoftheTrustees,thecharityhasreceived a
grant of £15,000 which has now brought core reserves into a positive and satisfactory position.

I have completedmy examination.I confirmthat no mattershave come to my attentionin connection with
the examination giving me cause to believe:
1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Company as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act; or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or
3. the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or
4. the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities (applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)).

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the financial statements
Thefinancialstatementsofthecharitablecompany,whichisapublicbenefitentityunderFRS 102,
havebeenpreparedinaccordancewiththeCharitiesSORP(FRS102)'AccountingandReporting by
Charities:StatementofRecommendedPracticeapplicabletocharitiespreparingtheiraccounts in
accordancewiththeFinancialReportingStandardapplicableintheUKandRepublicofIreland (FRS
102)(effective1 January2019)',FinancialReportingStandard102'The FinancialReporting Standard
applicablein theUK andRepublicofIreland'andtheCompaniesAct2006.Thefinancial statements
have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
Income
Allincomeis recognisedin theStatementofFinancialActivitiesoncethecharityhasentitlement to
the funds, it is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.
Expenditure
Liabilitiesarerecognisedasexpenditureassoonasthereisalegalorconstructive obligation
committingthe charityto that expenditure,it is probablethat a transferof economicbenefitswill be
requiredinsettlementandtheamountoftheobligationcanbemeasuredreliably.Expenditure is
accountedforonanaccrualsbasisandhasbeenclassifiedunderheadingsthataggregateall cost
relatedtothecategory.Wherecostscannotbedirectlyattributedtoparticularheadingsthey have
been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources.
Tangible fixed assets
Depreciationisprovidedatthefollowingannualratesinordertowriteoffeachassetover its
estimated useful life.
Computer equipment- 33% on cost
Taxation
The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities.
Fund accounting
Unrestrictedfundscanbe usedin accordancewiththecharitableobjectivesat thediscretionof the
trustees.
Restrictedfunds can only be used for particularrestrictedpurposeswithin the objectsof the charity.
Restrictionsarisewhenspecifiedbythedonororwhenfundsareraisedforparticular restricted
purposes.

Going concern
The currenteconomicconditionspresentincreasedrisksfor all businessesand charities.In response
tosuchconditions,thedirectorshavecarefullyconsideredtheserisks,includinganassessment of
uncertaintyonfuturecashflowprojectionsfora periodofatleasttwelvemonthsfromthedate of
signingthefinancialstatements,andtheextenttowhichtheymightaffectthepreparationof the
financial statements on a going concern basis.
Basedonthisassessment,thedirectorsconsiderthattheCharitymaintainsanappropriatelevel of
liquidity,sufficienttomeetthedemandsoftheCharityincludinganycapitaland servicing
obligations of external liabilities.
Inaddition,theCharity'sassetsareassessedforrecoverabilityonaregularbasis,andthe directors
considerthat the Companyis not exposedto lossesof these assetswhich would affecttheir decision
to adopt the going concern basis.
ThedirectorsarethereforesatisfiedandhaveareasonableexpectationthattheCharity has
adequateresourcestocontinueinoperationalexistencefortheforeseeablefutureandthat there
are no materialuncertaintiesthat lead to significantdoubt upon the Charity'sabilityto continueas a
goingconcern.Furtherdetailis providedin theFundsin deficitnotein theFinancialReview section
oftheReportoftheTrustees.Thesefinancialstatementshavethereforebeenpreparedona going
concern basis.
