**Objects:** TO HELP THE MEMBERS OF KENT EAST, KENT WEST, KENT WEALD, GREATER LONDON KENT, SUSSEX EAST GUIDES OF THE GUIDE ASSOCIATION AND KENT, GREATER LONDON SOUTH EAST AND EAST SUSSEX SCOUTS OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF WATER ACTIVITY TRAINING, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** The Committee exists to oversee water activity training for members of the Scout and Guide Associations in Kent, East Sussex and south-east London.  We run sailing, canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing courses during the summer months at Bewl Reservoir.  We also run a coastal sailing course at Whitstable and a white water kayaking course in Wales each year.
