**Activities:** The Avenue Church is close to the center of Newton Abbot. It is a Local Ecumenical Project made up of people from the Methodist and United Reform Churches, but people of other christian traditions are regular worshipers. The Church places a great emphasis on outreach and in addition to family and youth work, a lot of other church activities give an opportunity to deliver the Christian message.
