TruSt￿S would expect io make an occasional defial as long as these are matched over time by compensating surpluses. Cash holdings remain heatthy V•ith £40,160 (2024 .'£30.649) in the bank at year end. Full detsils of the results for the year are as shovm in the Accounts. Reserves Pollcy The aim of the Trust&s is to ensure that TAL holds adequate reserves to all(yw it to continue its charitable objectives. Since there are neither paid staff, nor premises and since all activities should be self-funding the Trustees believe that a reser￿ of £25.000 should be sufficient. However. as at 31 March 2025 reserves stood at £40,160. As there a￿ no designated reserves the excess reserve furK1s will be deployecl in the future in support of activities in line with TAL'S objects. Trustees would expect to make an occasional deficit as long as these are matched over time by compensatirKJ surpluses.
