Guts UK is the national charity for the digestive system. We provide support and information via our Helpline and publications. We raise awareness and understanding including campaigns to recognise the impact of digestive conditions, for better care and treatment. We fund innovative research to find the breakthroughs that will change how we understand, diagnose, and treat digestive conditions.
Objects: The Advancement Of The Science And Practice Of Medicine And Surgery For The Benefit Of The Public With Particular Reference To The Field Of Gastroenterology Which Includes The Study Of The Physiology And Pathology Of The Digestive System And To Promote The Study Of And Research Into Medicine And Surgery With Particular Reference To The Physiology And Pathology Of The Digestive System And To Ensure Dissemination Where Appropriate Of The Results Of Such Study And Research; Andto Provide Educational Material, Information And Advice To The General Public On Gastrointestinal Diseases
