**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST SHALL BE TO PROVIDE SECURE MEETING PLACES AND CAMPING FACILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN SOUTHMEAD OR THE NORTH WEST AREA OF BRISTOL, FOR MEMBERS OF AND SUPPORTERS OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION AND OTHER YOUTH ORGANISATIONS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Providing meeting places and camping facilities, for members and supporters of the Scout Association and other youth organisations, in particular in Southmead or the North West of Bristol, for social welfare, recreation & other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, with the object of improving their conditions of life.
