We found homes for 39 cats/kittens in
2023.
Again as with last year we have received
another significant legacy in 2023, as a
result we have had to have the accounts
independently audited again.
The £10 Snip & Chip campaign continues
to be well subscribed, at the end of 2023
we had issued a total of 286 vouchers.
We have continued to help cats & kittens
owned by local people in financial
hardship, by helping them with vet bills
from our Needy Cases fund.
We have also helped several local cat
welfare organisations with donations to
help them with their vet bills.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2023.

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
