planning but principalty to the efforts and wmmTifnents of our stsff. Remaining fully tspen. wh&n oth8r services
ha￿ been severety r8du￿d or stopped altoJethèr, has uitK*I for the health. wellbèing and development of
children and shows just how vital our ser¥ics8 arè for Ihe famil￿$ of thiklren with 5FEcial educab.onal needs.
Withoui us, some familEs woubj have had no support at all.
During the acad￿￿1¢ year September 2020 - August 2021 support￿1 114 childten wth weekly, or
weekly, tailor&1 Education, ca￿ and Devdownent sessKJns at our purpoTrbuilt Cèntre. Child￿rn are usually
c¥ed for on a 1..2 cAre ratio, aVhough this ￿ newj depetht and scmne thildren recaw• 1..1 care. In totsl,
elivered 3.552 sessions affording 8.880 ￿$SYte hours acro85 th8 year.
We also 5uCce&sf￿Y undertook the restrucaumNJ of management team folltrwing lh& departure of th8 Centre
Manager (Sarah McDowelD in April 2021. 8nd sgamlessty filled all posts from within the existiThJ team. The
Trustee Board delegaigs day-lo-day management of op&rations of the charity to Ch￿f Executive
Cather1r￿ Cook. Wilh a background in management and fundrai%tvJ, Cathènne has personal eXperiern￿ of our
servict. with (y•m lived experiencE as a parent ol a chiba SFwial educationa ne&Ys. Sadie Clarkè Is our
