**Objects:** (1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE PUNTLANDSTATE OF SOMALIA BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING BOARDING SCHOOLS FORORPHANS AND CHILDREN OF THE NOMADIC COMMUNITIES AND BY THE PROVISION OFSCHOOL FEES.(2) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY INPUNTLAND, SOMALIA IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISIONOF RURAL HEALTH CLINICS AND HEALTHCARE PROJECTS.(3) TO ASSIST IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITY IN PUNTLANDWHOSE AIMS ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLEIN THE STATE AND WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OFENGLAND AND WALES.

**Activities:** We work in the advancement of education of children and young people in the Puntland state of Somalia by; Establishing and maintaining schoolsSponsoring the orphans and children of poor families and helping them with school feesProviding capacity building for schools and other education providersPreserving and protecting the good health of the local communities
