EMPOWER SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY OF NORRIS GREEN IN LIVERPOOL IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND IN PARTICLAR .TO ENCOURAGE THE COMMUNITY TO WORK TOGETHER PUTING ON ACTIVITIES FOR THOSE TO PARTICIPATE. USING ACTIVITIES TO BRING THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER, INTERGENERATIONAL PROJECTS, PLAYSCHEMES , DANCE AND DRAMA, COMMUNITY EVENTS, TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS.

Objects: (A) To Develop The Capacity And Skills Of The Members Of The Socially Andeconomically Disadvantaged Community Of Norris Green In Liverpool Insuch A Way That They Are Better Able To Identify, And Help Meet, Theirneeds And To Participate More Fully In Society, And In Particular, But Notexclusively:(b) To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Norris Green And Theneighbourhood, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Ofpolitical, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Saidresidents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations Ina Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In Theinterests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Leisure Time Occupation With Theobjective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.
