**Objects:** TO SUPPORT THE LONG-TERM REHABILITATION OF CARDIAC PATIENTS, PEOPLE WITH LONG-TERM CARDIAC RELATED CONDITIONS, THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES, THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF SALFORD AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS.

**Activities:** Practical and emotional support including:Cardiac Psychotherapy and Bereavement Support.  Dance Exercise, tai chi, yoga and cardiac exercise by qualified instructors. Reiki.  Indian Head Massage.  Weight Management support and blood pressure checking.  Health Information and Advice Talks.  Indoor Games.  Outings and holidays.
