Fund raising has been achieved by the efforts of slaff at fv variou5 offi￿5 of MenzEs LLP. Aw￿e variety offund ra￿Ing acbvilEs were
undèrtaken with considerable 8uccess.
Total income of £50.638 was raised and grants l01811ing £41.303 were made lo various local and nation81 organisalions. induding
£13.263 for C8ncer Researd). £10.000 towards thè Pakistan Flood Appeal 8nd £10.000 for the TurkÈylSyria Earthquakè Appeal, as well
as amoun18 for h)cal charilies supported by Menzies offices.
Financial Review
The Charity's policy Is not to hold substantial reserves for extended periods.
Funds raised for a specific purpose are distributed ag soon a8 feasible after the conclusion of fundraising effort.
Unrestricted funds can be held for longer period510 enable rapid responses lo grant requests for emergencyldisasler relief and olher
worthwhile charitable causes.
