The Executive Committee submits their report and financial statements for the year ended 31yt March
2025. AL AMAAN EDUCATION TRUST was established on the 14th March 2010, incorporated as a
charity and its name was entered in the Charity Commission's on the 30th June 2010.

TO PROMOTE FOR THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWtNG OBJECTS. (' THE OBJECTS")
TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN THE UK AND BANGLADESH, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT
EXCLUSIVELY OIiPHANS AND THE POOR BY..
THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION. TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
THE RELIEF OF POVERTY. SICKNESS AND DISTRESS.
THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND HEALTH EDUCATION. AND
ANY SUCH OTHER PURPOSES DEEMED CHARITABLE BY THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES
AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
Structure Governance and Mana
ement
It is governed by the regulation set out in the Constktution and run by a voluntary Executive Committse.
The charity's new Lommittee members are elected at the Annual General Meeting every two yea￿.
The Executive Committee met 7 times during the yetir to review the activities of the charity including the
approval of the annual report and accounts as well as budgets, capital expenditure and to set out the
fund raising strategy for the charity.
The Executive Commlttee is aware of the potential risks to the charity, both financial and otherwise.
Therefore, strategEs are An place to control these risks. Assessments have a]so been taking re]ating to fire
and health and safety. The Executive Committee are seriously k)okin% into other risk areas such as
operational, governance and compliance with law and regulations.

The Executive Committee have reported an active and successful Fifteenth year operatiorL In response to
the high demand for Services within the I(￿al community, the Trust is planning to expand its facilities in
order to IK•tter serve its tEneficiaries. Following extensive engagement 4md a prolonged planning process
with the local planning authorities, the Trustees are pkased to confinn that planning permission has now
en granted. The Trust is currently undertaking active fundraising efforts to enable construction work
for the expansion to conunence at the earliest opportunity.
During the past year, the Trust has successfully p]anned and delivered a wide range of activities. These
have included cultural events aimed at f05tering relationships and partnerships among individuals of
drfferent faitlLS, IEliefs, and culturesrt youth-focused initiatives such as supplementary Arabic education
classes," s(xial events for adults to encourage community engagement. regular prayer services," and a
variety of other impactful programmes. In addition, the Trust has supported community welllEing
through assistance in local parks, collaboration with local counsellors to provide COur￿lling services,
and many other initiatives that continue to benefit the wider community.

Financial Revlew
The financial position of the Charity is portrayed in the accompanying Annual Accounts. Statement of
Trustees, Responsibilities Law applicable to charities in England & Wales requlres the Trustees to
prepare financial statement for each financial year, which gives a true and fair view of the charity's
financial activities during the year and of its financial position at the end of the year. In preparing those
financial statements, the trustees are required to:
(a) Select suitable accounting policies and apply consistently
(b) Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
(c) State whether applicable accounting standards and statements of recommended praC￿e have been
followed, subject to any departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements.
(d) Prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis unless it i5 inappropriate to presume that
the charity will continue in operatio
The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records, which dAscloses with reasonable accuracy at
any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financi¢]I statements
comply with the charity act 1993. They are abo responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and
hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
Reserve Poli
It is the poly of the charity that uiirestrKted funds. which have not l￿en designilted for a specific use,
should ￿ maintained at a level equivalent to at least three months expenditure. The Executive
Committee consider that reserves at this level will ensure that, in the event of a significant, drop in
fundin& they will ￿ able to continue the charity's current activities while consideration is given to ways
in whiLh additional funds may be raised. The AL AMAAN EDUCATION TRUST will actively work to
achieve this level of reserves.
Rlsk Factors The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity ts exposed, and are satisfied
that systems are in p]ace to mitigate exposure to the major risks.
