Delta Academies Charitable Trust has developed a Foundation Fund, and through the raising of donations and grants. The Fund is designed to assist students in the pursuit of excellence and promote international relations and enterprise.
Objects: The Objects Are Specifically Restricted To The Following, For The Publicbenefit:4.1 To Advance Education In The United Kingdom;4.2 To Provide Or Assist In Providing Facilities For Recreation Or Otherleisure-Time Occupation That Are Provided At All Times Of The Year, Inthe Interests Of Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving Theconditions Of Life Of Members Of The Public At Large; And4.3 Such Other Charitable Purposes For Public Benefit As The Trusteesshall In Their Absolute Discretion Determine.4.4 To Advance Education For The Benefit Of The Public, In Particular Butnot Exclusively, By:(a) Promoting The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Educationalinstitutions And The Efficient And Effective Application Ofresources For Such Purposes, Including By Promoting Anddisseminating Models Of Good Practice And By The Delivery Ofsupport Services Generally To Such Institutions; And(b) Advancing The Education Of People Who Work Or Volunteerin, Or Govern, Educational Institutions In Order To Assist Those Persons To Deliver A High Quality Education To The Pupils Andcommunities Served By Those Institutions."
