**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:(1)   THE PROMOTION OF EFFICIENCY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE ENCOURAGEMENT, SUPPORT AND PROVISION OF GOLF ACTIVITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE  ARMED FORCES WHO HAVE A PHYSICAL DISABILITY, SUFFER FROM A PHYSICAL OR MENTAL ILLNESS OR WHO ARE IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS OR DISABILITY.(2)   THE RELIEF IN NEED, AND PROMOTION OF HEALTHY RECREATION, FOR FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES WHO HAVE A PHYSICAL DISABILITY, SUFFER FROM A PHYSICAL OR MENTAL ILLNESS OR WHO ARE IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS OR DISABILITY IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE ENCOURAGEMENT, SUPPORT AND PROVISION OF GOLF ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** OCF provides long-term benefits for wounded, injured and sick Servicemen, women and veterans through the medium of golf. It provides golf familiarisation, skills and employment training, and then offers confidence-building practical training through work experience placements for those who wish to pursue full-time employment, which is a key element of physical and psychological recovery.
