**Activities:** Bringing immediate emergency medical assistance ahead of the arrival of a NHS ambulance to all those who are resident , working, or travelling through the district of Oxted or its environs in the event of them suffering a sudden onset of a life threatening medical condition or injury requiring the attendance of the ambulance service.
