**THE ROTARY CLUB OF PORTISHEAD TRUST FUND** 


**Minutes of Meeting of the Trustees held on 15[th] September 2023 at The Albion** 

**Present:-** Richard Bonfield (Secretary and Registered contact at the Charity Commission)  Tim Mason ( President ) Paul Darling and  David Bowring 

1 **. Apologies:** Keith Gaubert 

2 **.     Approval of minutes:** The minutes of the meeting held on 6[th] September 2022 were approved without amendment. 

3. The Meeting approved the financial accounts for the Rotary Club of Portishead Trust Fund covering period 1[st] July 2022 to 30[th] June 2023. They will now be submitted as part of the annual return to the Charity Commission 

4. Richard  Bonfield  reported  back  on  the  successful  Bank  account opening for the Trust Fund banking at Nat West Bank with the previous bank accounts at Barclay Bank now closed 

5 Richard Bonfield following a question from David Bowring, stated that all monies involved in the annual Swimathon are paid into and out of the new Nat West bank account.  However some late income monies have been received in the new Rotary financial year and they will be accounted for in next year’s accounts  y/e 30 June 2024 

5.        As there are no changes of Rotary Club officials the trustees remain the same for new Rotary year to 30[th] June 2024 

6. **Next  Meeting** The date of the next meeting to be arranged
