## **Minutes of Meeting of the Trustees held on 6[th] September 2022 at The Albion** 

**Present:-** Richard Bonfield (Secretary and Registered contact at the Charity Commission)  Tim Mason ( President ) Paul Darling and  Keith Gaubert 

## 1 **. Apologies:** David Bowring 

2 **.     Approval of minutes:** The minutes of the meeting held on 22[nd] February 2022 were approved without amendment. 

3. The Meeting approved the financial accounts for the Rotary Club of Portishead Trust Fund covering period 1[st] July 2021 to 30[th] June 2022. They will now be submitted as part of the annual return to the Charity Commission 

4. Richard Bonfield reported back on the application to move the Trust  Fund  banking  to  Nat  West  Bank  following  the  closure  of Barclays Bank in Portishead 

5 Richard Bonfield gave an update on the Swimathon Distribution of Funds Policy carried for the Swimathon held on March 26[th] 2022. Trustees agreed unanimously the policy worked well. 

4. . **Next  Meeting** The date of the next meeting to be arranged
