In September 2020 our associate company, MaC¢￿$r￿ld Town Football Club Ltd, was woun¢J-up by The
High Court. As 2 soknnl and independont organisation, the Trust was able to continue to OP8rate and we
have established a go&1 working rel8tsonghip with the new entty, M8cc Football Club Ltd. that now owns
the Leasing.ccxn Stsdium, previously the M05s Rose.
Th8 company and Gharity's name h88 baen ch8n9ed to M8cclesfiekl FC Communty Sports Trust Ltd to
b8tter refi8Ct its ￿latiOnShIp with the new Foolball Club that now opeptes from the Leasing.com Stadium.

We ctsntinue to have a gwd. wellestsbli8hed relatronship wth Cheshire East Council. l¢xal businesses,
ueational establishments, Cheshire ConstabuL4ry and the Football Club. Signrficant grant income from
The Football Conf8rence Trust and Thè F(K)tball League was k)sl following the winding-up of Macclesfield
Town Football Club but has been ￿placed by signfficant new wenue streams generated through building
the Charty8 activity programm8 and extending cotnrnunity partnerships. Local businesses, too, continue
to be very Imr￿)rtant doThxs and $UPFX)rters of the Charty.
Although the attached accounts show a k)ss. th¢ Company has been pul r*1 8 much morè soijnd and
C8rtain footing during this financial year. The Company's ￿$h reserves will allow frjr the coTrtinuin9 gf all
regular programmes from July 2022, including free actwty provision for deprived children. The Charty
Continu￿ to Éaok and grow new sourecs of revenue from further devebprnent of the pr¢gr&tnme. its
rgach In the Community and 8c¢es$ new grant funding to en¥ure all future financial cornmitments can
mét.

wellbeing.

the<br>PRIMARY SCHOOL COMMUNITY CUP<br>In early 2022 after lengthy discussions with the Cheshire School Sports Partnership Community Cup idea was born. With no continual primary school provision  around the area, especially for girls, we  created a 4 week termly competition for  years 3 to 6. Our local schools have embraced our idea  with 12 teams (over 120 students) per week  coming to the Leasing.com Stadium to  2022/23 will be even bigger and better as we  extend our provision to 16 teams per age  group.<br>**----- End of picture text -----**<br>

I would like<br>including that of Chairman of Macclesfield<br>thank you and enjoy a much-deserved retirement.<br>Year, the community trust board of trustees and directors said  which all began back in August 1970<br>ALAN CASH In this our 25 goodbye and a massive thanks to a Football Club and Community Trust  Legend. Alan Cash, one of the founding members of the Community Sports Trust,  retired his role as a Director and Trustee. For over half a century, Alan has given the Club a wealth of support and  expertise across several roles  Town FC. The Silkmen  In addition to his numerous club roles over the years, Alan also became  Community scheme.  Together with Mike Rance, Alan became a founding Director of the  Community Sports Trust in 1997.  Alan played a pivotable role in advancing the Community Trust programme  across numerous football and sporting areas across Macclesfield. On behalf of myself, the trust team and all the trustees and directors of the  Community Trust and everyone involved with the football club  to thank Alan for his phenomenal contribution over the past five decades.
