Objects: The Charitable Purposes Of The Company Are The Advancement Of The Jewish Faith By(a) The Establishment And Operation Of A Centre At Sandys Row Synagogue ("Thesynagogue") For Religious Worship, Education And The Generation Of Publicknowledge Both Of The Jewish Religion And Its Heritage Together With Theknowledge Of Other Faiths In The East London Area,(b) To Ensure The Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Synagogue For The Benefit Of Allthe Inhabitants Of The East London Area,(c)to Foster And Maintain Good And Well-Informed Relations Among Other Faiths Inthe East London Area,(d) To Provide And Promote Support Projects To Enhance Good Relations Among Thediverse People Of The East London Area, And(e) To Relieve Poverty Among Both The Members Of The Congregation Of Thesynagogue And Other Needy People In The East London Areathese Are Its Charitable Purposes For The Purposes Of The 2006 Act For As Long As Thecompany Is A Charity, Its Purposes May Only Be Altered With The Prior Consent Of Thecharity Commission And In Accordance With Any Conditions Attached To Such Consent
