Objectives and Actlvltles
The charitvs main aim is to advance the education of pupils in the Shalom Noam Primary
School by providing extra facilities at the school, including, without limitation, educational
materials and improved systems. In the past year the Noam Parent Teacher Association
(PTA} has provided new equipment for the children for example outdoor games they can
use in break time, equipment to help support extracurricular activities and new amazon
fire tablets for in class. The PTA sponsored various educational outings, supported
extracurricular learnin& supplied treats and prizes for the children and provided
additional support to families who parents were unable to provide this themselves. All
staff, children and families are treated equally and all benefit from the fundraising and
contribution that the Noam PTA made to the school.
The purpose of the charity is to provide the students at Shalom Noam Primary with
extracurricular activities, fundraise for school's extra needs and create a relationship
between school and parents. The PTA run events and meetin8s between school and
parents, enhancing communication, allowin8 for feedback and improvements and thereby
contributes to the holistic education for the children at Shalom Noam School.
The PTA create a yearly working calendar for the parents and school, look after new
parents and any parents from the school community who are struggling. run parenting
events to enhance relationships. informative courses and educational sessions for parents,
collaborate with staff for the good of the students and provide educational resources and
equipment for the school.
The PTA have run events with voluntary contributions donated and have performed
various fundraisers for example creating a calendar, making items such as bread bakin&
cookbooks, stationary packs etc. The PTA built an interfamily parcel swap scheme as

Independent Examinerfs Report to the Trustees of Noam
Parent Teacher Association.
I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year to 31 December 2024 as set out below.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner.
As the charibls trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts;
You consider that the audit requirement of Section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act)
does not apply. It is my responsibility to state . on the basis of procedures specified in the
general directions given by the Charity Commissioners under section43{7) of the Att,
whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examinerfs report.
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the
Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations
from you as trustees concerning such matters. The procedure do not provide all the
evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit
opinion on the view given by the accounts,
Independent examinerfs statement
In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention:
l) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that In any material respect the
requirements
to keep accounting records in accordance with section41 of the Act: and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply wlth
the accounting requirements of the Act.
Have not been met; or
2) to which, in my opinion. attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
