Life Church London is an independenL non-denominational Christian Church who presents and
teaches the gospel of Jesus Chrtsl.
Life Church objectives are:
To advance thc Christian religion for the benefit of the public in acconlance with the Gospel
of Jesus Christ.
To T¢li¢ve sickness and F￿anCIal hardship and to promolc and pte5erve good health by the
provision of funds, goods or services of ally kind. including the provision of cou[￿lI1ng and
support in such parts of Ihe United Kingdom or the world as the trnstees from time to timc

To offer humanitarian ￿lStanCe to individuals and communities in need, both in the UK and
internationally.

Review of Aetivities
The financial position of the organisalion at the end of the fllwicial year is as detailed in the attached
fmancial statements. The charity received income of £56.943 during thc year.

Activities and Achieve.ments During the Year
Christian Worship Services
Life Church London continued to hold weekly ivorship services at Cumberland School, Plaistoiv. E&st
London up until the end of August 2023. From September month ive iverc forced to rclocate our
worship services due to our cxisting venue no longer IKing available for use. Life Church London
started holding services at School 21. Stratfor(L East London and continued to do so for ihc rcmainder
of FY2023-2024. Th¢s¢ services, Ivhich provide spiritual teaching and community support, have seen
a gradual increas¢ in we¢kly attendance. As per our church culture we continued to provide
refreshments to foster a welcoming environment, particularly for famili¢s with children.
House Groups
House Groups are a vital part of the church's support nehvork. To enhance community engagemenL
the in-person house group meetings ￿¢ame more regular, in particular our East London and West
London gatherings. The weekly online meetings also remained an important activity, offering
members spiritual and social support at the comfort of their home.
Youth Ministry
Life Church London's youth ministy maintained a robust Onli￿ presence, with weekly online
me¢lings that offered a safe space for young peopl¢ to connecl and grow in their faith. The youth also
enjoyed various in-p¢rson activities, including tK)wling and outings. which provided opportunities for
fLm and fellowship.
Prayer Group
The Prayer Group met ¢very Thursday online, providing spiritual encouragement and a platforni for
membcrs to support one another through prayer.
Overseas Mission and Activities
The charity Continued its support of Life Church Philippines. contributing to seY¢rnl mission initiatives
such as:
Lifecare Project L.LILS.I.: From June 2023 onwarf this initiative aims to end malnutrition
and hunger in Liminangcong and Bucanffj Palawan, Philippines.
Medical Missions." In May 2023, Life Church London supported a 9-day LifeCar¢ 'Alay
Buhay, Medical Mission and Evangelistic Nights across Palawan. Philippines, providing
healthca￿ services and spiritual suppx)rt to underserved communities.
Veg4Kids: From Marcb 2022 onwards, 'Gulayan ni Minan, a food-growing initiative.
providing organic and nutritious meals for children in Palaivaffj Philippines. Donations
covered faTming costs such as see￿ equipment. and volunleer support.
Additionally, Life Church London supported Life Church Mindanao in its effort5 to &ssist
disadvantaged families.
IA)cal Outreach
The church once again organized food pack distributions for local residcnls in Platstoiv area, helping
to mect immediate needs and build relationship8 Ivithin the community. This initiative culminated in a
Christmas celebration.

Acbievements And Performance
Life Church London continued to focus on spiritual groivth and voluntccr dcvelopment efforts. There
wcrc several mentoring and traitLing events throughout the year, Ivorth special mcntion is thc
'Shimmei Women's Conference, and the 'Braveheart Men's Conference.. The church also held its
annual family carnp in May 2024. where participants ¢njoyed differ¢nt leam-building activilies,
m¢ntoring and much needed respite from business of life.
The Charity has continued exploring possible locations for outreach missions ivithin UK and will b¢
fornialised and initiated when an outreach team leader has been selected. Currently? an outreach
location in the city of Boston. UK seems most probable for FY25-26 due to existing r¢lationships with
families b&8ed in the area.
The charity continued its support of local and international missions. The initiatives and programmes
mentioned in 'Activities and Achievements, section, enabled Life Church London to supp)rt and
positively impact several communities.
How Our Activities Deliver Public Benefit
Our main activitles and who ive try to help are &s described in our objectives. All our charitable
activilies focus on these objectives to further our charitable purtx)ses for the public benefit.
Reserves Policy
We are confident that thc projccted ongoing funding will be adequate to support charity's activities in
the foreseeable medium tcmi and that our operating costs iyill be met. During summer of 2021 we
transitioned to in-person gatherings, which incurred large initial expenses and new on-going expenses,
however, we made sure that ive can meet thesc and continue in the charity's activities
At 31 March 2025 there ivas free unrestricted reserves of £30,525 and this will be used to suptK)rt th¢
charity's future activities.
Expenditure
The charity's expenditure ivas primarily dtrected towards th¢ operation of its ministries, including
worship s¢rvices. outreach activities. and support for international missions.
Risk management
The trustees have a duty to identify and review the risks to ivhich the charity is exposed and to ensure
appropriate controls are in place lo provide reasonable assurdnce against fraud and error.

Looking ahead, Life Church London plans to:
Continue expanding its in-person gatherings across the London arw with a focus on
establishing an outrcach in a different area of London OT other cities.
F￿plore optX)rtunities to secure a permanent premises within 1-2 years to enhance its
operational effectiveness and suptK)rt further groivth.
Continue its international Jnission work suptK>rting Lif¢ Church Philippines and other
outreach initiatives.
The charity remains committed to its core objertivcs and is oplimistic about its ability to deliver public
benefit in the coming year.
Statement of Trustees, Responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees. Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable laiv and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom
Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
The law applicable to charities in England & Wales requires th¢ tn￿e¢S to prepare financial
statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of atTairs of thc charity
and of the incoming resources and application of resources of ihe charity for that period. In preparing
Ihese financial statements, thc In￿teeS are required to:
a) select suitable accounting tx)licies and apply them consistently.
b} observe the methods and principles in thc Charities SORP.
c} make judgments and estimates thal are reasonable and prudent-
d) state whether applicable accounting standards have been followrf subject to any material
departures disclosed and explaincd in the fmancial ststements.
¢) prepare the financial statements on the going conc¢rn basis unless it is inappropriate to
presume that the charity will continue in operation
The trustees are res￿nsIble for keeping sufficient accounting records that disclose with reasonable
accuracy at any time the fmancial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the fmancial
statements comply ivith the Chariti¢s Act 2011, the applicable Charities (Accounts and Reports)
Regulations and the provisions of the trust deed. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets
of the charity and hence for tsking reasonable st¢ps for th¢ prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularities.
The ttustees are responsible for the maintenancc and integrity of the charity and fmancial infomiation
included on the charity's website. Legislation in the United Kingdom govcrning the preparation and
dissemination of fmancial statements may diffcr from legislation in other jurisdictions.

I report to the tn￿leeS on my cxamination of the financial statements of Lifc Church l.ondon ('the
charity,) for the year ended 31 March 2025 ivhich comprise the Statement of Financial Activilie& the
Balance Sheet and related nolcs.
This report is made solely to the charity's trustees, as a body. in accordance with section 145 of the
Charities Act 2011. My work has undertaken so that I mighi state to the charity's trustees those
matters l am required to state to them in this report and for no othcr purpose. To the ￿lIest extent
perniitted by law. I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the charity and the
charity's trustees as a body, for my work. for this report or for the opinions I have fornicd.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the trustees of charity you are respO￿81ble for the prepardtion of the financial statements in
accordance with th¢ rwuirements of the Charlties Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my exatnination of th¢ charity's fjnancial statements carried out under ￿rtIOn
145 of th¢ Charities Act 2011 {'the 2011 Act,) and in carrying out my examination I hav¢ followed all
the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 201 l Ad.
