Pastor Owen spent his early rRonths rvsearthing many of the groups that are fijndlonlng in the Church. There were many ministries that were well organised and running well and oth8r ar8as of the church lrfe that n8eded some immediat8 att8ntion. I report in respect of my examination of the Small Heath Bap￿st Church's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commlssion undor section 145(5)Ib) of the A¢t.
