I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {llhe Trust.) for the year ended
Responsibillties and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

2011 (Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charlty Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the Ad.
I have completed my examination. I confinn that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ") in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
accountlng records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records

I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a
proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

LINKED TRUSTS: In February 2015, the charity known as Bethesda
(Warrington) Trust became a linked charity to Bethesda Evangelical
Church ( Warrington) Trust which remains the reporting charity. The funds
and assets are assigned to the appropriate trust as detailed in the
attached accounts.

Ob-ectives and activities
The main aim and focus is to be spiritually relevant to those in the local
area, by offersng activities that would relate to a range of ages, although
the spiritual needs remain the same. We seek to address this by teaching
the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The main acts'vty ￿ntred around an 11 O'clock Sunday moming family
church service, mid-week Bible studies and prayer meetings were also
conducted . while others were conducted via Zoom.
The church pastor is chaplain at Leeds Rhino Rugby club in addition to
chaplin at Boetler High School and running assemblies at local junior
schools.
The work at various North West prisons continued via CPR (Christian
Prison Resuorcing)

Thanks also to Mrs Jacqueline Mainwaring who continues to act as
secretary to the trustees.

During the year the Church was led by 3 Church elders.
The Trustees would also like to thank Gordon Vice for the work he did as
a trustee up to his retirement on 1810312024.

Achievements and performance
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
During the year there was a review of the missionary support given by
the Church both at home and abroad, however the policy to commit at
least 200A of the church offering to this end, was upheld.
The arrangement WEth the cleaner once a week continues to be
sUC￿$Sful.
During the year all the contributors to the new build fund were contacted
to say the project had failed and were offered their money back.

The principal source of funds is the contributions and gifts re￿iVed from
the church congregation, mainly via bank transfer and a free will cash
collection box.

To provide a building to conduct church ServI￿S for the worship of God
and other connected serrfices.
To provide a base for Sunday Schooltyouth and Toddler activities, also a
monthly Lego dub is run on Saturdays.

The main activrty of the trust is to provide a building for the activities set
out in the Trust deed and to maintain such in proper repair.
Dunng the year a large storage room was converted into two additional
toilets.
During the year the new build fund was officially designated as a failed
project, all contributors were contacted and were necessary the relatives
of those who had died. The option was given to take back or leave with
the church all monies or part.
