CO-PRODUCTION
In the last year we have been developing how we put members atthe centre of all of our

Co-production
What is Co-production.
Co-production means everyone at choir having the opportunity to get involved in

We are 'strengths-based'.
Members, volunteers and staff all have individual ski115 and strengths to offer. We

Simply Coming to a rehearsal mean5 you are eontributing.
Everyone coming 10 choir should feel bvelcome and able io sing their hearis out and

sing and eat. that's completely fine.
Each choir shapes their own eornmunity.
We share good ideas across our choirs but also understand thai each choir can

Occasionally, consulting everyone isn't possible, but we'll alway5 explain why.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
Introduction
2023-2024 saw the first year in surplu5 forthree year5 since the COVID pandemic brought uncertainty to
fundraising revenues. This was thanks to the hard work of the fundraising team who generated a number
of grants including a significant government Cost of Living grant from DCMSINational Lottery. an increase
in our income from companies and a rise in income through choir performance fees.
Reserves policy
The trustee5 have considered the level of reserves they wish to retain. appropriate to the charity's needs
and ongoing obligations. This is based on the charity's size and the level of financial commitments held.
The trustees aim to ensure the charity will be able to continue to fulfil its charitable objectives if there is a
temporary shortfall in income or unexpected expenditure. The trustees will also endeavour not to set aside
funds unnecessarily. The trustees have maintained a policy whereby unrestricted funds not committed Ithe
free reserves I held by the charity should equate to between three and six months of the upcoming six

ongoing review of risk.
At 31 March 2024 the level of free reserves of the charity was £206,45712023'. £196.0621 falling within
the target range.

THE CHOIR WITH NO NAME RUNS
CHOIRS AND HAS BUILT JOYFUL
COMMUNITIES WITH PEOPLE
IMPACTED BY HOMELESSNESS AND
MARGINALISATION SINCE 2008.
We were founded on the premise that singing makes you
feel good. it distracts you from all ttie nonsense in life and
helps you to build confidence, skills and genuine, long-
lasting friendships.
What we do is simple, but it an be life clianging:
our choirs meet once a week for a cuppa and a catch up", we
then sing our hearts out together and sit down afterwards
for a hot rTieal cooked by volunteers. We perform regularly at
a wide variety of settirigs, including world-class concert
halls. corporate events. community festivals and homeless
services.
Our choirs are a supportive, safe space for people going
through a tough time to be among friends. where they can
experience tlie joy of singing together, have fun, build
confidence and skills. and feel more able to tackle the
challenges they face, such as securing housing or finding
work.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTS
THE CHOIR WITH NO NAME.
