**Activities:** Inside Out provides programmes of therapeutic arts activities for people either recovering from mental ill health or experiencing a crisis of wellbeing. Arts workshops run throughout the year in Ipswich, Suffolk, led jointly by professional artists and mental health professionals. Inside Out is committed to promoting arts and mental health in the wider population.
