Activities
The Living by Giving Trust generally supports causes with which the Trustees or supporters have a personal contact, and grants are usually moderate. The LBG Trust may act in a facilitating or enabling role rather than directly providing funding.
Objects: The Charity's Objects Are:i) To Provide Respite, Relief And Assistance For The Suffering And Distress Of Children And Vulnerable Adults Who Have Disabilities, Or Who Are Physically Or Emotionally Deprived Or Neglected And Their Families.ii) The Relief Of The Sick / Poor Living In The UK Either Generally Or Individually Through The Provision Of Grants, Goods Or Services.iii) To Advance In Life And (relieve Needs Of) (help) Young People Through:(a) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.iv) To Relieve The Poverty Of Young People By The Provision Of Grants To Enable Them To Participate In Healthy Recreational Activities That They Could Not Otherwise Afford.
