oynpany's unrestTrcted reserve balance is in deficit as a131 March 2021. Despite this. the tnjsiees have arrived
at the condusion that the tharitable company's CAsh balances wll be sufficient to ffl88t thèir liabilities 85 they fall
duè for at least 12 Months from the date the finanaal stst8m&nts were authorised for issue, due to Ihe maj¢xity of
the charitable eompany's expenditure being discretionary. The going concem basis therefore continues to be
adopied in the weparation of the charilable companvs financial ststenwnts.
