The charity is a Registered Charity No. 1136020. The Charity's principal address is 90
Thorpedane Gardens, Shoeburyness. Essex SS3 9JD. The Trustees of the Charity are:

The Charity was established by and operate5 in Shoeburyness & Thorpe Bay Baptist
Church. The principal purpose of the Church is the advancement of the Christian faith
according to the principles of the Baptist denomination. The Church may also advance
education and carry out other charitable purposes in the United Kingdom and/or other
parts of the world.
The main aclivf(ies of the charity are the pre schooi education of children under 5 years
within a Christian setting and in line with current Early Years Foundation Stage guidance.
This is achieved by Working together with families delivering a play based, caring and
supportive environment where children wll blossom and develop in their own Individual way.
The main achievements of the charity this year have been..

Respectlve responsibilities of the trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charitls trustees consider
that an audrt is not required for this year Under section 144 of the Charilies Act 2011 (the Charities Acti
8nd that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to..
examlne the accounts under seCt￿n 145 of the Charities Act
to follow the prO￿d￿reS laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission lunder section 14515llbl of the Charrties Act. and
to state whelhei particular matters have come lo my attention.

My examination w85 carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commis&on.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented wrth those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures
in the accounts and seeking explanations from the Iruslees concerning any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion
is given a5 to whether the accounts present a true and fair, view and the report is limited to those matters
set out in the ststement below.
