**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS IN THE TRI-ISLAND STATE OF GRENADA, WEST INDIES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES AND/OR GRANTS FOR EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.

**Activities:** The trusts provides support to poor and needy  children and young people in secondary and higher education in Grenada. The support consists of the purchase of text books, payment of exam and tuition fees, and school bus fares. Without this support the children and young people could not continue their education.
