Sanity comprises of Mental health nurses and volunteers providing support and advice to anyone who has mental health needs. We assist families and carers with practical advice on how to access local mental health services. We provide a helpline for people who are feeling suicidal or having thoughts of harming themselves.We offer advice and advocacy and assistance in making informed decisions.

Objects: The Objects Of The Trust Are To Advance Education Relating To The Understanding And Treatment Of Mental Illness Particularly But Not Exclusively Schizophrenia And To Relieve Mental Sickness And To Promote And Preserve Good Health By The Provision Of Funds Goods Or Services Of Any Kind Including Through The Provision Of Training And Advice In Such Parts Of Africa Or The World As The Trustees May From Time To Time May Think Fit And To Fulfil Such Other Purposes Whichare Exclusively Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales And Are Connected With The Charitable Work Of The Trust.
