## **The Circuit**
The Circuit consists of 7 Churches (8 buildings) with one Class. Our Churches are situated in the towns of Higham Ferrers/Rushden, Irchester, Irthlingborough, Raunds, Wellingborough and the villages of Earls Barton, Wollaston and Yelden. The Circuit is committed to worship, learning and caring, service and evangelism. There is good support between the Church communities with a growing sense of belonging to one another across the Circuit.
## **Our Mission Statement**
The Circuit seeks to utilise its Mission Statement to encourage ways of working together towards the needs of others in our communities and across the world.
Our Mission Statement, based on the parable of the Sower (Matthew 13) is
## **To: Plant Faith, Nurture Disciples and Grow God’s Kingdom**
As a Circuit we will endeavour to continue to support our Mission Statement by:
- Encouraging one another in our daily walk with Christ as well as showing others by our actions the love of God within our lives, despite living in very difficult circumstances.
- Continue to engage together, online and by correspondence (for those unable to access the internet) in Worship, bible study and prayer
- Continue to meet together in person and online in discussion groups and fellowship so to have Godly conversation.
We, as God’s people in the Nene Valley Circuit continue to nurture and grow our discipleship and remain open to new challenges in finding different ways of worshipping and learning together. In this regard, we continue to hold Circuit Services on the 5[th] Sunday of the month in two of our Churches, so to encourage fellowship amongst God’s people and so grow stronger as a Circuit.

I report in respect of my examination of the Circuit’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and, in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below*) which give me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or
- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records; or
- the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view, which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination
- the trustees’ annual report is not consistent with the accounts
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
