**Objects:** 1  TO RESTORE, PRESERVE AND DEVELOP THE BUTRINT SITE OF APPROXIMATELY EIGHT SQUARE MILES IN SOUTHERN ALBANIA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND IN SO DOING TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS OF HISTORIC, ARTISTIC, ARCHAEOLOGICAL AND AESTHETIC INTEREST WITHIN THE AREA OF THE BUTRINT NATIONAL PARK AND WORLD HERITAGE SITE2  THIS PROVISION MAY BE AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION BUT ONLY WITH THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE COMMISSION
