TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF THE RURAL COMMUNITY OF KELD WITHOUTDISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHEROPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCALAUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TOADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIALWELFARE FOR RECREATION LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OFIMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS. **Activities:** We carry out our aims in the village of Keld in Swaledale, North Yorkshire. Our aims are realised by renting buildings in Keld owned by the URC and the Methodist Church. Our activities benefit residents and visiting public by restoring these buildings to new uses operated by the use of local staff and volunteers.
