We are thrilled to report our position at the end of March 2024, it has been a graceful year of
power and achievements. The work of the Lord continues to wax strong and we give Him all the
glory for our achievements thus far. A big thank you to all our volunteers and every donor that has
made it possible.

The trustees who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006.
present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2024.
The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of
Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1
January 2019).
Objectives and activities
Objectives and aims
The objectives of the Church are set out below:
To advance the Christian faith in accordan￿ with the statement of beliefs appearing in the
schedule hereto in the community and in such other parts of the United Kingdom or the world as
the trustees may from time to time think fit and to fulfil such other purposes which are exclusively
charitable according to the law of England and Wales and are connected with the charitable work
of the charity.
To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the
provision of funds, goods or servI￿s, through the provision of counselling and support in such
parts of the United Kingdom or the World as the trustees from time to time may think fit.

Objectives and activities
Significant activities
Training and development- including leadership training are the global vision and design of
activities at Jubilee Christian Church International (JCCI) worldwide. They will continLJe to take
place yearly.
These include Believers, BasiclPrayer Schools, Leadership History Makers (HMT) training
program, Team and Fellowship Leaders training program and church workers and volunteers,
program.
We attend other relevant conferences. seminars and exhibitions designed to equip us to carry out
the work of the ministry more effectively and to prepare us for even more growth and
increaselexpansion.
Our main service holds on Sunday mornings as well as the first Friday evening of every month
which focus on the teaching of God's word and prayer. The teachings are relevant to all aspects of
our lives i.e., the Christian walk, education, career, business, family, relationships, and creativity.
The impact of these teachings is evident in the lives of our members.
Jubilee Christian Church International continues to witness significant growth in all aspects of its
work. We are fulfilling our vision of building and establishing people on the Word of God and
empowering them to reach their full potentials in life. The Church has become a great place of
refuge and strength to many, both young and old. People are discovering their purpose in life and
there is a great momentum to step out and make an impact in their world.
Our youth program continues to exceed our expectations with more young people attending the
weekly meetings and regular training sessions. All our programs and activities are designed to
raise strong, vibrant, and responsible young people who will grow up to have a positive impact in
all their sphere of influence in the home. the church. the community, the nation and beyond.
In line with the objects of the church, we have continued to support members going through
hardships through our welfare programs and support other charities who are involved in missions
that are complementary to our works.
To reach out to our community. we prepare our annual free attendance barbeque event in the
Summer to reach out to our immediate neighborhood and we organise regular coffeeltea mornings
throughout the year for the less privileged around us.
In July 2024, we successfully acquired a property in Edgware as our permanent place of worship. a
long term goal that has come to fruition we want to use this opportunity to thank every one that
supported us during the process and in the achievement of the goal. We recognise that this is a
goal for many churches and we want to help others achieve it. JCCI had the privilege of making a
donation to JCCI Zion Chapel to this effect.
We updated our media capacity with new technology and successfully developed our website

Public benefit
The trustees confirm that they have complied with the Charity Commission's guidance on public
benefit.

Objectives and activities
Volunteers
The charity has volunteers who assist the church in achieving its objectives - the church is fully run
by volunteers.
Financial review
Financial position
In the twelve months under review. net results for the year were (£22,506). (2023: £31.789) and
carries forward funds of £255,785; {2023: £278,27).
As part of our plans to assist other JCCI chapels in achieving their goal of purchasing a property as
a permanent place of worship. the charity donated £75.000 to JCCI Zion Chapel in this financial
year.
Reserves policy
The Trustees believes that a level of unrestricted funds should be maintained so that in the event
of a significant drop in donations, the charity will be able to continue it's activities we are working
towards building unrestricted reserves level to three months of expenditure.
Going concern
At the time of approving the accounts, the trustees have a reasonable expectation that the charity
has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, the
trustees continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the accounts.
Funds in deficit
Funds in deficit in this financial period is due to the donation made to JCCI Zion Chapel from
restricted reserves which carries forward a balance of £232,348. (Mar 23: £234,578).
Future plans
We will continue to engage in outreach and evangelism as we launch into our new environment
and beyond. We will continue to collaborate with other churches and denominations in supporting
the underprivileged. elderly and youth in the area.
We plan to continue to provide food bank ServI￿S and other welfare support for our members and
other people who are going through financial hardships as well as other community support
services in the local area.
A minibus to convey members to all church activities and programs is still part of our future plans.
Structure, governance and management
Governing document
Jubilee Christian Church International is a charitable company limited by guarantee and is
controlled by its goveming document. the memorandum and articles of association incorporated on
22 March 2010.
Recruitment and appointment of new trustees
Trustees are elected by existing trustees in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of
Association. A retiring Trustee may be re-elected.

Independent examiner's report to the trustees of Jubilee Christian Church International
(United Kingdom) {'the Company,)
report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the year
ended 31 March 2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustees of the Company (and also its directors for the purposes of company law)
you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act,).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited under
Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my
examination of your charity's accounts as carried out under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011
('the 2011 Act,). In carrying out my examination I have followed the Directions given by the Charity
Commission under Section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Company as required by Section 386 of
the 2006 Act., or
the accounts do not accord with those records. or
the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of Section 396 of the 2006 Act
other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination. or
the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the
Statement of Recommended Practi￿ for accounting and reporting by charities (applicable to
charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)).
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

The charitable company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies
Act 2006 for the year ended 31 March 2024.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the
year ended 31 March 2024 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The trustees acknowledge their responsibilities for
(a) ensuring that the charitable company keeps accounting records that comply with Sections
386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and
(b) preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the
charitable company as at the end of each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each
financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which
otheMise comply wth the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the charitable company.

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements of the charitable company, which is a public benefit entity under
FRS 102, have been prepared in accordan￿ with the Charities SORP (FRS 102)
'Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to
charities preparing their accounts in accordan￿ with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019),. Financial
Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and
Republic of Ireland. and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been
prepared under the historical cost convention.
Income
All income is recognised in the Statement of Financial Activities once the charity has
entitlement to the funds, it is probable that the income will be re￿iVed and the amount can
be measured reliably.
Expenditure
Liabilities are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation
committing the charity to that expenditure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits
will be required in settlement and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably.
Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classified under headings
that aggregate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to
particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use
of resources.
Charitable activities
Charitable activities are those costs relating to activities carried out to meet the objectives of
the charity and include directly attributed costs as well as support costs.
Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its
estimated useful life.

Taxation
The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities.
Fund accounting
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion

charity. Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for
particular restricted purposes.

JCCI Intemational UK made a donation to JCCI Zion Chapel in the year to Mar 24 of
