Trinity Methodist Church Codsall is the registered charity of Codsall Methodist Church. The charity is managed by the Church Council, which comprises the Trustees of the registered charity. Trustees are appointed at the annual general meeting.

The trustees for the 2024/25 year were: Rev Joanne Cox-Darling, Helen, Share, Alan Eccles, Julie, Eccles, Peter Davies, Jenny Hall, Jane Ellis, Peter Share, Rob FeltsDavies, Steve Fearnely, Naomi Fearnley, Sue Fearnley, Veronica Cottrell, Pearl Mayhew, Pete Sansom, Cathy Rathbone, Trevor Starling, Steve Brown, Nadine Brown, Marie Lane, Eric Robinson, Liz Porteous

During the 2024/25 year the church continued to deliver its charitable objects namely the advancement of – (a) the Christian faith in accordance with the doctrinal standards and the discipline of the Methodist Church; (b) any charitable purpose for the time being of any Connexional, District, Circuit, local or other organisation of the Methodist Church; (c) any charitable purpose for the time being of any society or institution subsidiary or ancillary to the Methodist Church; (d) any purpose for the time being of any charity being a charity subsidiary or ancillary to the Methodist Church.

This was a year of preparation for the bringing together of the four chapels of Brewood, Trinity Codsall, Coven, and Rakegate under the banner of Connexus Methodist Church from 1[st] September 2025 forming one church over four locations. In due course application would be made to change the name of the charity to Connexus Methodist Church. During this period investment was made into the property at Histons Hill with the installation of a new fire alarm, upgrade of lighting and the installation of solar panels. All these improvements ensure the ongoing delivery of the charity’s objectives at this location.

The financial position of the church is detailed in the accompanying accounts for the 2024/25 period that ended on 31[st] August 2025.
