**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS")(I) TO EDUCATE THE PEOPLE OF THE THAME AREA IN THE EMOTIONALAND PHYSICAL NEEDS OF THOSE AFFECTED BY THE PREMATURE DEATH OF A LOVED ONE.(II) TO SUPPORT A PLACE OF REFLECTION FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY THE PREMATURE DEATH OF A YOUTH OF THAME.(III) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A LASTING MEMORIAL IN THAME TO THE YOUTH OF THE TOWN AND AREA WHO DIE PREMATURELY.(IV) TO PROVIDE A PLAQUE OF REMEMBRANCE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSON WHO HAS DIED PREMATURELY, AS DESIRED BY THEIR LOVED ONES.

**Activities:** Support for the friends and relatives of young persons who have died in Thame and the surrounding area by providing a memorial to the lost youth of Thame and villages.
