The Association: 

- a) organised fund raising and arranged Friday prayers in a hired hall on a regular basis. 

- b) arranged the collection and distribution of charity funds according to the Islamic faith for the benefit of the poor and needy. 

- c) produced accounts for the year to 31/07/2022 which show a surplus for the year of £24,701.

- d) has a Tuition centre, Nursery, GP/Well person clinic, Law centre, quiet room and Women & Senior Citizens circles. This is a multifaith centre and is used for the benefit of the community and local residents.

It also paid out £23,336 for the benefit of the poor and needy.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 / 07 / 2022** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
