**Activities:** Barn Elms Sports Trust (BEST) is a charitable trust dedicated to preserving Barn Elms Playing Fields, an open space in Barnes SW13 9SA in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames [LBRUT].  During the course of 2012 LBRUT decided to allow communities to manage their local sites. BEST was awarded a licence to manage Barn Elms from the beginning of September 2012 on a not for profit basis.
