encouraging about our work with the local community. Unfortunately at the beginning of the year we had to Lockdown due to positive case of Coronavirus at the setting. However, we remained open during the National Lockdown during January-March 2021 and attendance in this time was quite high. During this time, if children were not attending, we continued to stay in touch with our families by email or telephone and families were sent a variety of activities and ideas that they could do with their children whilst at home. We especially made sure that any vulnerable families in our setting were contacted on a regular basis. We were able to raise funds within this year from fundraising activities including: Raffles, Sponsored Event, End of Term photos, Eco bags. All monies raised are spent on new toys/equipment for the children and for experiences like Reptile Ranch and Cheeky Chops Playtime to visit.
