**Objects:** TO CONSERVE IN PERPETUITY THE OPEN SPACE KNOWN AS THE TIPTOE GREEN AS AMENITY LAND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF TIPTOE2. TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE TIPTOEGREEN BY PROMOTING THE DIVERSITY OF PLANT AND ANIMAL LIFE AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONOF THE PUBLIC IN THE SAME.

**Activities:** To conserve in perpetuity the open space known as The Tiptoe Green as amenity land for the benefit to the community of Tiptoe.  To promote the conservation of the physical and natural environment of The Tiptoe Green by promoting the diversity of plant and animal life and to advance the education of the public in the same.
