**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT THE VINJERU SCHOOL, KAPIRI MPOSHI, ZAMBIA IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SEE FIT.

**Activities:** Trustees' Meetings were held during the year,  A number of fund raising activities have been held, Most recently a number of grant applications have been submitted. The major challenge facing us is still fund-raising to continue the building work at the School in Zambia.
