Organlsatlonal Struclure and Declsion Maklng The Trustees of Ihe Charity are legally responsible for the overall management and control of the company and meet al leasl twice a year. Rlsk Management The Trustees have assessed the major risks to whlch the company is exposed, in particular those related to the operations and finances of the company and are satisfied that systems and procedures are in place to mitigate our exposure lo the fflajor risks. The Trustees do not consider that there are any significant risks or uncertainties in the chaflty at the year end. Oblectlves and acllvltles The Charity's Objects, as set out in Ihe Articles of Association are lo advance, for the public benefit, the education of pupils at Bruem Abbey School by engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment (which would not othe￿iSe be provided) and lo pursue such other ancillary edu¢aiional activities and other associated activities for the benefit of the community. In setting objectives and planning for activities, the Trustees have given due consideration to general guidance published by Ihe chariiy commission relating 10 public benefit and in particular lo its supplementary public benefit guidance on advancing education. Achlevemenls and performance The charity raises funds from donation income and Irorn holding fundraising events to support the provision ol activities, facilities and equipment to benefit the education of pupils at Bruern Abbey School. The charity also mainlains a Bursary Fund, which is currently available to prospective and existing pupils of Bruern Abbey School on a means-tesled basis.
