Objects1.1 The Objects of the Charity are for the public benefit:1.1.1 to increase the sustainability of the built environment by improving the way it is planned, designed, constructed, maintained, operated, modified and replaced;1.1.2 to advance the education of the public in the sustainability, conservation, protection and improvement of the built environment; and1.1.3 to promote the sustainability, conservation, protection and improvement of the built environment.1.2 This provision may be amended by Special Resolution but only with the prior written consent of the Commission.
